We would highly recommend Robson's, in particular Matt. He knows the market, priced our property accurately, worked hard on our behalf but was realistic with our expectations. We found other estate agents in the area (namely James estate agents) overpriced the property in order to secure the business. We had many hiccups along the way (our of their control) but they successfully sold our house and we're extremely grateful for Matts efforts.
