This is a genuine, unequivocal 5* review. By that I mean the service we had from Robsons, mainly in the shape of Associate Director, Matt Gooder, was simply outstanding at all points during what turned out to be a rather complicated sale. Matt is everything you could possibly want in someone representing you in the sale of your most expensive possession. He is a superb communicator, highly verbally articulate and responds to calls and emails remarkably promptly. Critically for us, Matt carries a real air of trustworthiness, backed up by empathy - both for our needs as sellers, but also for the interests of the buyers. Credibility is critical in this area and Matt has it in spades. It is possible you could find someone as good as Robsons to sell your house in and around Rickmansworth, but I think it very unlikely.
