I would highly recommend DKH. I researched four different estate agents based in Croxley Green and Rickmansworth, and DKH stood out in every way above the others. Having been through a long probate sales process made difficult by the ineptitude of HMRC and the Probate Office, I haven't changed my opinion. Ben King is excellent at his job - he has integrity, an excellent judgement of character (important when assessing similar offers from different potential buyers), a firm and realistic understanding on the market and the best strategies to use to get the best outcomes for his customers. DKH also acted (unprompted) as my property manager, as I was selling my late mother's house from a distance - checking in regularly, organising work on the house when it was needed, even reading the meters for me to save me a trip down, and doing this all as part of the service (thank you Caroline!). I would recommend DKH without hesitation - you'll get honesty and good service and good value.

I recently completed the sale of a property belonging to my deceased parents. Rachel in particular, as well as Ben, were instrumental to the sale of the property. Their handling of the sale was extremely professional achieving the desired sales price quickly, then continuing to oversee and check-up on the house as the sales process took over a year due the untimely death of my parents and the wait for the grant of probate. During that period Rachel was the glue that kept the sales process going. Her communication, to both the buyer and myself, was always personable, timely, and most importantly positive. She went well beyond her job scope providing regular access to the property to allow the buyer to create plans for the property, and offering to regularly check on the house, switch on the heating, etc, over the winter months while we waited for probate to complete. I would not normally write a review however I have been so impressed by Rachel, and the DKH Rickmansworth team, for their dedication, support, professionalism and just being 'great people'.
