Photos and video of our house were fantastic (received offer the first day!) Ben was an absolute star. Really happy we used Dey King and Haria for the sale of our house. We dealt with Ben who was friendly, professional and very patient throughout. The initial marketing of the property was excellent. The photography and video were as good as I’ve seen from any agency. Following an open day we accepted an offer on our house within a week. The price agreed was in line with our expectations and exactly what Ben said we could expect. Interestingly we were looking at a property that wasn’t marketed by Dey King and Haria as they had valued it lower than another estate agent. We ultimately didn’t put in an offer but we know it sold 18 months later for the exact price Ben initially valued it at. After our initial chain fell through, Ben ensured everyone was aware of next steps, he kept our buyers interested and eventually after 18 months we now have exchanged on a different property. My experience was a professional, friendly, team who know the area, set realistic expectations on price and offer help and insights that aren’t part of their job (but very much appreciated.) I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
