Ben and his team were extremely helpful in selling a probate property. They helped us to organise a cleaning company, arrange minor repairs and find a trusted company to fix a significant issue that came up on the survey. They were proactive, found us a buyer quickly and were supportive throughout the whole process. It could have been a tricky sale for us as we weren’t local to the property but they managed everything efficiently. Highly recommend!
