I bought and sold a house with Katy and I honestly can’t imagine an estate agent that could be better. Communication was excellent, with regular updates about where we were with selling and likely exchange dates, either from Katy or her team. I always felt like Katy was holding me in mind and she went above and beyond (even doing a viewing for me on Christmas Eve!). It didn’t feel like this was just a job, it really mattered to her that I had a good experience of buying and selling. Would highly recommend.

Katy and her team use modern different ways of communication with both sellers and buyers to ensure everyone is always in the know and up to date with the latest. They are responsive, professional but the main thing that stood out for us.. honesty! Super casual friendly approach that speak in normal English (no jargon) no answer or question too silly. Love love love.
