Not the most easiest of house sales but Katy knocked it out of the ball park! We lost a buyer but Katy was was all over it and she managed to get another within a week which led on to the eventual sale. An estate agent that actually cares and that is a rare trait nowadays, you want your place sold don't hesitate Katy does exactly that, and more.

We 100% recommend Katy to everyone without a shadow of doubt! Always professional, great communication at all times, which is incredibly important for clients trying to navigate the complex buying/selling process. Katy was, for sure, the glue that held the whole chain together, consistently liaising with everyone including the other agents and solicitors in the chain. She went above and beyond, is incredibly hard working and at the same time so so friendly. A real people person who genuinely cares for the clients. if you are buying or selling a house Katy Poore is the ultimate professional and excellent at what she does - her knowledge of the industry is so in-depth as she has so much experience in it - if you want someone that is ahead of the game, brilliant with people, literally on every detail of your sale from the moment she gets up to the moment she goes to bed then she is your agent....things come up with selling and buying houses but if you are with Katy she is solving the problem before its begun and liasing with you every step of the way - the other thing we really felt is that if you want the journey to be the ultimate in slickness and as headache free as it can be go with her connections for conveyancing and mortgage they were brilliant and work really effectively with her which also produces speed which is so important when you are buying or selling a house to support the chain not folding and getting that house you truly want - we can't say enough about Katy Poore and how fantastic she is!!!!!

My partner and I opted to go with Katy after unsuccessfully selling our flat in St Ives with other agents. We decided to go with Katy as she was selling a house locally (one which I had already seen but my partner was unable to). Katy reached out to my partner to see the house however my partner had no car at the time. Desperate for my partner to see the property, Katy kindly diverted her route to pick up my partner, show her around and then drop her back off. When my partner informed me of the effort Katy went to, I immediately turned to her and said ‘that’s who I want selling our property’. So, we made the decision to jump ship and put our property on with Katy. The flat had previously been listed for sale for 4/5 months; it received a number of viewings but no formal offers. After 24 hours of being on with Katy, we had some viewings and within approximately 72 hours we had an offer at asking price. Having met Katy several times prior, we had established a number of essentials / non-negotiables for our future house. A few days after receiving an offer on our property, Katy had found us a beautiful house (initially it was slightly outside our desired location) but trusting Katy entirely she had encouraged us to ‘take a look’. Katy Poore Estate Agents charged (slightly) more than the other agents but really understood the market and more importantly exactly what we were looking for from the agent. So we decided to proceed with them and are delighted with our decision. From the beginning it was a real team effort. Katy’s colleagues Simon and Glenn were absolutely outstanding, advising us on the presentation of our property and preparing for the professional photography and promotional video which was AMAZING. All of the marketing was absolutely first class, generating plenty of interest.
