Both Mark and Mandy were extremely helpful throughout buying process even putting us in contact with trades people and arranging for work to be done before we moved in. This often required Mark to make frequent visits to the property to allow access. Correspondence was usually answered within a few minutes even on a Sunday night! Cannot fault the service in any way and would give them six stars if I could.

There is no doubt that it's cheaper to use online agents but only if you're prepared to do your own chasing and learn as you go.
