As a high street estate agent we cannot compete on fee with the online agents but know that they cannot compete on service with our traditional high street service. Much of our fee is made up of the hours of chasing, phone calls, emails & letters that it takes to get a property from being under offer through to completion & without vast experience & knowledge in this area, crossing this mine field is treacherous.
