You're not just getting an estate agent, your getting a whole team including expert sales people who don't come across as salesy. They are really really knowledgeable and very communicative. Once you get an offer as well they are just as invested as you are to get the sale through. Worth_every_penny. Icing on the cake is that they be given us the free use of a transit to help us move! You can tell all the people at PB are different kind of agents from the first time you meet them. Polite, respectful, sharp (but somehow still down to earth) - Perry and the team are people who are not only a professional (and clearly good at what they do), but you know they have your best interests at heart too. The team at Power Bespoke offered a personal service where they really made an effort to understand our situation and offered great advice. They were always available and updated us promptly at all stages. This level of service didn't drop off as soon as the sale was accepted - going right to to completion and beyond!

We bought a house which was on the market with Power Bespoke last year. The house was also listed with a large national firm but we make a conscious decision to view via Power Bespoke and it was the best decision we made. Perry, Roberto, Nic and Jen were a delight to deal with, kept in close contact throughout the whole process and really drove the sale (which might otherwise have fallen over due to some incompetent lawyers - Nic, Jen and their team chased and chased).
