They provided excellent advice and support throughout and James negotiated on our behalf to ensure we got the best price possible. James and Nicole were always on hand to offer advice and chivvying things along when the buyers were dragging their feet. All in all the team at Power Bespoke made the whole process as painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them when we come to sell our home.

We recently sold two investment properties through P,B, I can only give them 5+, for me the best of the best, can not fault them in anyway, as in buying and selling property the key is communication and i found this excellent, we were kept up to speed throughout the whole process. We purchased our 1st house through Power Bespoke, we dealt with a lot of estate agents prior to speaking to James and it was refreshing to have an estate agent who is honest and upfront with the customers at the forefront rather than commission. We had a few sticking points, but thanks to everyone at Power Bespoke, especially James and Nicole, we got there in the end. We can't fault the service at all, very professional with personality!!

Power Bespoke were absolutely amazing for us and I could not recommend them enough. We had a difficult journey during the sale of our property and a few hiccups when for different reasons two of our sales fell through. All of the staff were there for us every step of the way. James, in particular was an absolute rock for us and was available to message throughout the day, 7 days a week. My husband even had a long discussion with him on Boxing day! They really try to think outside the box and try everything to get the sale to go through, this was particularly noticeable when I dealt with an another agent on our onwards purchase who really did not think outside of the box and didn't seem to care at all. Everyone I dealt with had a positive attitude and seemed to putting clients first. I would have no hesitation in recommending them at all. Thank you all at Power Bespoke, you really are the best!

Friendly team and good service

Power Bespoke may not be the cheapest estate agent around but they certainly go far above and beyond the basics when facilitating a sale. They gained me a considerably higher price than several other agents wanted to even ask for the property and also saved me money on my onward purchase. When things went wrong further down the chain, Power Bespoke came to the rescue sorting out the problems that the other estate agents had ignored and without their help, I would have pulled out of the whole process in frustration. I just hope that if ever I want to sell my new house, Power Bespoke will have by then, expanded to cover my new area! Thank you to everyone in the team.

Well you certainly stuck with us and finally after a very long one and a half years the house is sold. Thanks to Mike an his extraordinary patience, he must have shown the house to more than 40 people. He was great too while the complicated offer and exchange happened. All the staff at Power Bespoke are charming and we can't thank you enough.

Power Bespoke dealt with the sale of our house recently and I can't fault them considering it only took 8 weeks from accepting an offer to completing. James and Nicole were always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. Not being up on the whole process around a house sale, James talked me through everything and advised what to do and when. Yes they may be on the slightly expensive side but sometimes it's better to pay a bit more and get a good quality service. Well worth it.
