The communication with Sally and the overall process of finding a new tenant for our Buy to Let was excellent. My wife and I were kept briefed throughout with Sally and her team undertaking the selection process (producing a shortlist for us), checking references / income etc. It was clear that Sally was up to date on the laws surrounding Buy to Lets and also provided recommendations on workmen we could use to improve the property prior to the new tenancy starting.
