I can only speak to my own experience of course.... I found Michael Poole to be truly awful. Reasons being: I conducted all of the viewings myself, nobody from Michael Poole ever turned up. Despite the fact the house wasn't selling, they never even put up a for-sale sign or called to discuss why it wasn't selling. I had to chase and chase. 6-9 Months with them and all I would get was a text, and they always got my name wrong. I had to pull feedback from them, rather than them offering after viewings. I would get updates about the sales that were simply incorrect or weeks out of date. The only reason it actually sold is because the buyer contacted me through Airbnb about the property as Michael Poole were not passing on her communications and her intent to buy. They took money for doing nothing, just being a post box for communications, and they didn't even do that well. All of the above can be easily and objectively proven, point being they're not just a miscommunication or personal gripe. If there was an option to rate 0 stars, I would. Strongly recommend choosing a different agent and avoiding Michael Poole.
Not very helpful at all told house had gone then needed cleaning g up then first tenant was reviewing then finally got to see it totally disgusting house was a mess and why 4 different story's from there staff
I think there properties are overpriced
Bad overall expierience. Contracted to seel lots of misscomunication not profesional . Sending people without appointments in while i work from home agent never seen on that days . Overvluation cost not selling .not happy expirience overall AVOID
Been trying to book an appointment for a house valuation for over a week now. Nothing. Left messages rang 7 times. Spoke to Ashleigh. Still nothing. Its with a heavy heart I now have to seek a professional agen.NegativeResponsiveness
Terrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.
Tried to get a viewing on a property that they had the keys for - had to wait nearly two weeks to view and the day before they cancelled as the house had been sold through another estate agents. Wish I’d rang them now. Terrible estate agents - difficult to get through to and appalling service.
Firstly I am absolutely upset with valuating property, I have received silly price for it! 😂 Secondly I have been viewing previously few properties from those agents which wasn't really nice as on pictures. When I asked M'bro branch for viewing on another property I have never heard anything back. Completely waste of time with selling or buying property.
