I've recently bought a house from a Seller who was using Michael Poole as their estate agent. Were it not for Helen Nicholson at Michael Poole, it would have been 10 x more stressful than it was. We had poor communication from both solicitors, but Helen bridged the gap between me and the Seller, and kept me informed quicker and more thoroughly than my own solicitor did. Good advice given on the value of the property we were selling and the asking price to get a sale. The offer was there fir their staff to show people around, but wd preferred to do this ourselves. We were kept in the picture as things progressed and the property sold, very quickly, job done to my satisfaction.
