We selected Miles & Barr to sell our large family house back in January. I'm so pleased we did! Selling a house can be a nerve racking journey but the team in Whitstable kept us informed of progress weekly and after a slow start we sold in February. A special mention goes to Megan Dyer who managed negotiations beautifully and also proved to be a very helpful liaison point between ourselves and our buyers over what were 'trivial' but important matters that just needed a quick, direct conversation. We also used their suggested solicitors (Boys & Maughan, Birchington). Hannah Kemp was fabulous! Well done team Miles & Barr!
