The communication was excellent and the willingness to help was amazing. They visited the property immediately and followed all instructions given. The agent was very professional in providing advice. This was not the best bit…. The best bit was I ended up renting out the property not via Winkworth, but yet they were still so helpful and friendly. James provided excellent customer service that you will not expect from an estate agent and values your business (long term). He understand the stress of the letting process for landlords (hard to find). The next round I will for sure go back to them. 5 years later I contracted James again for help to sale a property. \the service I service from the sales team Robin and Tom, was equally excellent.
