James provided excellent customer service that you will not expect from an estate agent and values your business (long term). He understand the stress of the letting process for landlords (hard to find). The next round I will for sure go back to them. 5 years later I contracted James again for help to sale a property. \the service I service from the sales team Robin and Tom, was equally excellent. From Winkworth, I think I have found all my property needs satisfied.
