It's not an overstatement to say this is the best letting agents I have used as a landlord in my experience. I had letting agents who claim my property need refurbishment after refurbishment before it can be let and resulting in uncertain costs and letting agents that wouldn't pass on rent and do not give me prompt updates and paperwork. In my experience of using Winkworth, they told me upfront about refurbishment required with no extra hidden "more-refurbishment required" after that. They also provide all the update regarding the property in writing, which will be a very good reference in the future should you need them. On top of that, Winkworth seems to have a wide range of clients and able to fill my property with relative ease. I've had the pleasure to rent from Winkworth since February 2020 and I do not like the thought of renting from another Estate Agent. From day one, every query or request I had was always dealt with. We were lucky with the properties we've rented so far and the staff are top notch! Very friendly and approachable, always helpful and going out of their way to make sure the quality is provided to the highest standards. The communication was always there, efficient and on point! As we were preparing to increase the size of our home, we started talking with Jade Warwick and she was really helpful along the way and always on time when viewing properties.
