Prospect have been very pro-active and energised since we engaged them to let our property. From marketing, through to tenant checks and preparing the property for handover, they have been excellent. A pro-active, efficient, clear, service from start to finish.

If you want to sell you will have come to the right place,they literally had viewers queuing up outside the property. It didn't end there,the service continued right up to handing over the keys. It was also our first property transaction,what could have been a daunting experience was made straight forward and as stress free as possible.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with a gentleman named Elliott Garrington. Elliott was able to close the tenancy deal in less than 24 hours from viewing while negotiating with the landlord. He was very forth coming on educating me regarding any issues I was having regarding paperwork involved. I must say, after viewing and before singing the tenancy the only thing holding me back was Prospect's Google Maps rating! When I discussed this frankly with Elliott, he explained why so, which was quite understandable to me. Given my experience till now, I am optimistic about my stay with Prospect. Cheers!

Unbelievable service i received from Prospect Lettings, Jordan and the team let my property very quick and kept me up to date. Jordan helped me find a investment to buy which in fact was through another agent but with the service i got from him and his team. It was a easy choice to use them to let it out.
