Elliott has done a stellar job being super helpful and extremely professional. Elliott and the team at Prospect managed to take over an ongoing tenancy for a property i own (and was renting privately), onboard it, handle the transition at the end of the previous contract, find me a suitable new tenant with no effort on my side.
