Picking an estate agent can be like walking through a mine field so I spoke to some friends who had moved house recently both of them gave me the same name and that was Ben Hamlin at Prospect. I contacted Ben to arrange a time for him to visit myself at the property he came out, gave myself a thorough overview of the market, what affect upcoming changes will have and his valuation was actually a bit more than I expected. Following the appointment with Ben I did have two other estate agents out to see me although it was a no contest.
