I instructed Elliott at Prospect to market my property for rental. Within 5 days, four viewings were arranged and two offers for my asking price were received. The new tenants will be moving in in 4 weeks. I don't think anyone could have done better. I am really pleased. Thanks to Elliott, Mitchell and the rest of the team at Prospect. First class service.

We would really recommend Ross Hobbs, who we dealt with during what proved to be a tricky and long winded sale. He was always ringing round all other parties involved, we were always updated and was always on hand when we needed to speak to him.
