Hi Sam, apologies for the delayed response. Having looked into this, I understand your complaint relates to a contractor not turning up at the time they'd indicated when arranging a visit and not contacting you to advise they were running late. Please accept our apologies for this, we do ask all contractors to keep tenants informed if they cannot attend as originally promised. I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your comments about Parkers. Please rest assured we have addressed the issue with the contractor in question and have advised them of your comments to help them improve their service to our tenants.
