Excellent service. Maintained
Excellent service. Maintained constant dialogue throughout the sale. Staff are informative, proactive and courteous. Commercials where clearly outlined at the outset and more than competitive with the rest of the market. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

As a landlord, I have a number of properties across Reading, I have always ssed Parkers Reading because they have always acted in a professional manner, give me a very personal service and they always go out of their way in customer services. I would never change Estate Agents and would always recommend them to anyone - 5 star rating

Craig Pearson of Parkers has always provided us with a very dilligent and careful service. We have the greatest confidence in him and his colleagues. We have been given regular information on our flat and any issues have been raised with us and dealt with appropriately and promptly. When a tenants leave we have been advised on reletting options and Parkers have swiftly found us new tenants.. Craig has taken the stress out of ownwership - we are very grateful to him and his colleagues and would recommend Parkers to other landlords and prospective landlords.

I used Parkers Estate Agents
I used Parkers Estate Agents to sell my property and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the intial stages right through to the finish they showed expertise and true professionalism. Parkers Reading have been excellent from start to finish, consistently friendly, helpful and informative. They've also been quite transparent with me, which is refreshing for letting agents. Since I've been in the property they've always been on hand to answer any questions and resolved any problems I've had quickly & effeciently. I would definitely recommend to my friends looking to rent. 5*

Had a great experience with
Had a great experience with this team from Day 1. Polite, professional, efficient. The team at Parkers did everything I expected of them and more. I bought and sold a property through them and it was a pleasant experience that I was not expecting given previous experience with Estate Agents. I would not hesitate to use them again should I be buying or selling in the future. Big thanks to all the team.

The whole team are efficient
The whole team are efficient and well informed about each property. Phone call are returned on time, the sales team listened to my requirements and didn't waste my time simply trying to hit viewing targets. The property listing were up to date and the prices realistic, in my own experience other agents overvalue properties to get the listing with knowledge it is overpriced. The process for moving the sale trhough was lead by the office manager who i found to be a great help. The in-house mortgage advisor is second to none. Buying through Parkers, Reading branch was an example of how estage agents should do things

Parkers were friendly and
Parkers were friendly and easy to work with. The house sold itself really (under offer within hours) however Damien and his team made the whole process thereafter very easy. Damien was always on hand to answer questions and chase up the buyers, lawyers etc as required. Helpful and proactive!
