I have recently purchased a property being marketed by Parkers Reading and my contact was Damien Glowacki. The service I have received from begiining to end has been fantastic and Damien has been thorough, honest and helpful all the way through. All of the numerous issues were on my side as I had problems with my mortgage lender. This caused delays amounting to around 3 months, during which time Damien was extremely understanding and helped keep the relationship with the vendor as smooth as possible. I never felt that Parkers was just representing their interests; I genuinely got the impression that they cared about customer service, both for the vendor AND the prospective buyer. I would highly recommend Parkers and they will be my first choice of agent as required.

Last year I looked into an
Last year I looked into an investment property and at the time spent a lot of time with Parkers, who were honest, patient and gave excellent advice, which I followed and held off buying until this year. I have now put an offer in on a property which has been accepted. What I particularly like about Parkers is that they never pushed or tried to cajol me into buying. When I was being shown around Ben was really helpful giving balanced advice, highlighting pros and cons rather than trying to push me into a decision, he was patient and happy to show me as many properties as I wanted before I choose. He was also incredibly respectful of the vendors, whish I thought showed integritey. Honesty and respect are high on my agenda when buying a property and I can honestly say that all the staff treated me with these. I would thoroughly recommend Parkers. Mark who deals with lettings also spent a lot of time talking to me about practical issues and returns etc. I would like to take this time to thank everyone for their prompt, honest, professional yet personal service. It was a pleasure rather than headache buying this property, also thank you for your relentless patience.

Mark managed my property
Mark managed my property really well. He got me the asking price I wanted within 2 days. He liased between myself and the tenant in a very prompt and professional manner and the follow up work since the tenant moved in has also been dealt with in a positive manner; keeping me up to date with everything I need to know. Would highly recommend Parkers to all Landlords

I went into Parkers in
I went into Parkers in Reading as I am currently looking to buy my first property. As it is my first purchase I found Jay very helpful as not only did she show me potential properties in my price range, she also gave me a good insight into the house buying process which I was unsure on. Unlike other estate agents that I went to I feel Jay was only too happy to spend time explaining this to me and found her very professional. I am still looking for my first property but I will definately be using parkers to assist me with this as I was very happy with the service.

Mark in Particular (as he was
Mark in Particular (as he was the 1st contact person I spoke to from Parkers), and all other Staff Members are brilliantly well skilled to have you experience a 5 star experience in customer services. Mark did everything to help me out from negotiating with the landlord about my requests to making sure everything else adapts with my needs (rather than me adapting to the property) .. I came in contact with him today as well. He's a great listener, a clear talker, passionate, and an important asset to your business. I would like to also thank every other person at Parkers there for "naturally " smiling anytime of day, regardless of the pressure of work.

I have never bought a house
I have never bought a house before but I found Parkers really explained alot to me. I didnt know anything about how much i could afford and they got me in contact with one of their mortgage brokers, which I found very helpful. I also didnt know about solicitors fees which again they were very helpful in explaining to me. I have viewed various properties through Parkers and each time they have been efficient and thourgh. I am still waiting for the perfect property for myself and hopefully Parkers will help assist me with this!!!

The service at Parkers has
The service at Parkers has always been great. I've have used them for over 5 years and they have managed 3 properties for me. They have always helped with any problems I have had. They have supplied good trades people when I have needed them. In every department, from viewings and rental negotiations right through to accounts, all the staff have been very attentive friendly and helpful. I have and do recommend their service to others.

Although we didnt end up
Although we didnt end up using the company, Jay was thoroughly helpful and professional throughout the process. She provided good insight into the properties and the area which was good as we are new to the area.
