When we wanted to let our
When we wanted to let our property, we approached Parkers and found their service to be professional, thorough and speedy. Even when prospective tenants dropped out on us, Parkers had the property back on the market immediately and found new future tenants the same day. Mark worked hard to arrange viewings and liased with us, the neighbours and previous tenants politely and professionally. We were always updated of the progress of marketing the property virtually on a daily basis. I would recommend Parkers to those landlords/landladies looking to let in the Reading area.

I cannot speak highly enough
I cannot speak highly enough about Parkers. Ben and Damian were simply superb at every stage of our house sale. I never once had to call them asking for information as I was constantly updated. They even updated me on my purchase even though they were not the actual agents. They put the other estate agents to shame. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Thanks Parkers!

Excellent and professional

Excellent service from
Excellent service from Parkers in Reading. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns about the whole process, but the agents really helped put our mind at rest. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout, providing fast responses to our calls and emails and regular updates on progress. I recommend their services highly and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Although all the staff were very helpful, thanks in particular go to Damien.

The team at Parker in Reading
The team at Parker in Reading have been excellent through the whole buying process. They are so professional and so easy to deal with. They kept me informed on every step on the way till the exchange. What I liked most about them is that blend of professionalism and friendliness, which I had not experienced before dealing with other estate agents. Mr Glowacki in particular has been briaant and with a nice simile on his face and such a lovely tone on the phone. I have had such a good feeling buying through Parkers in Reading and similair to that when I dealt with them briefly in Tilehurst. I would send a thank you to all the staff in Readin and Tilehurst offices and wish them all a Merry Christmass and happy new yewar.

Damian was professional and thorough from the word go. He kept us fully informed every step of the way and guided us through the minefield of selling a property, which can at times become very stressful. He made the whole experience bearable.

My experience from Parkers in
My experience from Parkers in Reading was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and ensured everything went smoothly. The property was well presented and when I turned up to the viewing I was greeted by a friendly smile. After I secured the property the whole administration period went very quickly and I was moved into the property within 9 days. BRILLIANT SERVICE! I would recommend Parkers to everyone!

Damien was very helpful and
Damien was very helpful and supportive in achieving a quick recovery of our home from tenant in difficult circumstances for me. He gave good advice on the best approach for a recovery from existing tenant. During the process he reported regularly on what was happening and also gave me useful feedback. Also, during the period to carry out some repairs but, as I do not live locally to the area, he provided me with some really good contacts for carpenter/plumber and roofer who all carried out the necessary repairs quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. In the run up to completion I was unable to visit the property for a month so he checked on it to ensure all was well. I would definitely recommend this company.
