Excellent service. Whilst helping my son buy his first property I was kept informed as to the progress of the purchase regularly which is so important. Even when there was nothing to report Damien still rang to keep me up to date - this was a nice touch as long silences play havoc with the old nerves. Owing to circumstances beyond Damien's control the process took a lot longer than the norm which took us near to the expiry of the mortgage offer. Without Damien pushing the solicitors on both sides, the vendor and the council (who were demanding certain work be done), I don't think we would have completed in time. We intend to sell our own house in a couple of years' time and will certainly be using Damien and his team.

If you are looking to buy or sell a property, I highly recommend Parkers above everyone else. From start to finish Parkers have been amazing. Selling my mother's property was a very difficult decision and I can honestly say if it hadn't been for Ben and the team I don't know where I would be today. From day one, Ben was excellent, patient, reassuring, supportive, knowledgeable, understanding and, most importantly, not pushy! (unlike many of the numerous Estate Agents I had encountered during this very long journey). Furthermore, the valuation provided was spot on and the rates were incredibly competitive. Once an offer had been made, which was almost immediately, I dealt with Damien, who was equally amazing and all of the above applies to him too, keeping me informed every step of the way with further reassurances and great communication. In fact, everyone I have spoken to at the office has been great, highlighting the quality business that they are. If I ever need to buy, sell or rent a property again I won't consider calling anyone else. If you are looking at reviews to help make the right choice, I would say choose Parkers without doubt.

Damien did an amazing job. Along with his associates they worked hard to help us find our new home. He was available often after regular business hours to answer any questions and alleviate our concerns. At all times we felt our best interests were a top priority. Recently purchased through these guys and they've been great! Damien and Amy worked diligently to make sure everything progressed as it should. The communication was constant and consistent which took a lot of stress out of the equation (just what is needed when you're trying to move!). I also found then knowledgeable and honest, so much so that I'm now looking to let a property through them. These guys certainly buck the preconceptions many people may have about estate agents and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I have dealing with Parkers (Market Place branch) for many years now and from day one they have treated me like a first class customer. They understand your needs and wants and provide a service that you want, not what they want to feed you like many other agencies. It seems that they really enjoy what they do and as such the key staff hardly change that often, so they get to know you and provide a friendlier service. Hands on heart, any time that I have been forced to deal with another agency, I have regretted it! As someone who has been dealing with properties for many years, I can honestly say it's really rare to come across an estate agent like these guys.

New review: I have now moved into the flat and had to come back to edit my review from the initial 5stars. Although, the key collection process was smooth and the inside of the house was clean, the storage room in the flat is full of pre-packed boxes. There are also a few areas in the flat that need repair. I have complained about these issues and I am hoping they get cleared/fixed soon. Old review: I just applied for a rental property with Parkers and the entire process has been smooth and transparent. Callum was really helpful, responded on time and communicated clearly. The viewing also went well as the team was there on time and they were very professional. The referencing process has also been smooth thus far. I’m hoping that moving in and staying at the property will be as good as the onboarding process was. I will revisit this review then.
