We have used Parkers for 5 years as purchasers, landlords and then as vendors. We have had an excellent service from them and would highly recommend them as estate agents. They have always stayed in very regular contact with us and made renting out our property as stress free as possible and then sold our house after a few days on the market. They kept us regularly informed during the sale and secured us reliable buyers, timing it perfectly with the end of our tenancy. They even recommended a great "man with a van" to help us move. I have been dealing with Parkers - Market Place in Reading for quite a few years in the purchasing and letting of BTL's. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Parkers has always shown a lot of dedication. They are efficient, knowledgeable, perseverant, very much client oriented and will try to accommodate their client's requirements to the best of their ability. Recently purchased through these guys and they've been great! Damien and Amy worked diligently to make sure everything progressed as it should. The communication was constant and consistent which took a lot of stress out of the equation (just what is needed when you're trying to move!). I also found then knowledgeable and honest, so much so that I'm now looking to let a property through them. These guys certainly buck the preconceptions many people may have about estate agents and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Parkers have been letting my apartment for 4 years and I've been very happy so far. They've been very helpful fully managing the property, very effective finding tenants, so that my property wasn't vacant for long in between the tenancies and yet felt comfotable that my property is well looked after.
