Until I dealt with Parkers, I believed that estate agents were just white collar criminals because my experiences had been so bad. Parkers have always been very polite, professional and quick to respond. I've always been able to get problems resolved quickly and courteously. When searching for a new flat a couple of months ago, I didn't even bother to do an in depth search. I just asked Parkers what properties they had available because I knew I could trust them.
