I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with the whole time. Incredibly friendly and very professional. They have looked after me very well, whether it is a phone call into the office or a visit in to branch, no matter who answered the phone or dealt with my query. From my very first phone call with Alex from Ramsey Thomas Morris I felt at ease. After previously speaking to other estate agents that just didnt feel 'right' it was nice to have the gut feeling that using Thomas Morris was. Throughout the whole process everyone was so friendly and profesional. Joe was brilliant when he came to value our house and take photos- we had our first viewing that day and were so lucky to have an offer before our house was even on right move. From then on Alex has kept me up to date throughout, ringing me twice weekly if not more with nothing ever being too much trouble- she even came in on her day of to show us around some houses.
