When we chose Thomas Morris to sell our home it was on the basis that they understood the area, they were well briefed on the price that could be achieved and, very importantly, we’re genuinely enthusiastic about selling the property. We all know that Estate Agents don’t always get the best press but I can honestly say Thomas Morris have proved to be exceptional. The marketing was spot on with an advert showing the property at its best both in terms of description and photography. The video tour produced was fantastic. Any company is only as good as it’s people and Thomas Morris clearly have an outstanding team. That said it would be wrong not to specifically mention Julie Spinks. Julie is obviously a very experienced salesperson. As soon as she was involved her calm but confident approach gave us total confidence. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie - always ready to give good advice and guidance. We are sure that Julie achieved the best outcome and can’t praise her enough. As we are buyers as well as sellers we are encountering a number of Estate Agents ! This experience merely confirms we made the right choice with Thomas Morris - Julie was just the icing on the cake!
