Fantastic experience with Sarah. Myself and my partner bought our first home in December 2024 and Sarah guided us throughout the entire process. She is incredibly organised and stayed in constant contact with us throughout. We experienced a few issues whilst applying for our mortgage and Sarah worked through every issue and made sure we received the best rate possible and gave us constant advice. I cannot praise Sarah enough, it doesn’t matter when we need her she goes above and beyond, year after year. We had an appointment booked to review our mortgage- turns out I got it wrong and we were a year early! She didn’t turn us away but gave us some great advice. We then did remortgage with her and everything went so smoothly. Next we called about an investment opportunity and she didn’t have time to complete it but managed our expectations and pulled a rabbit out of the hat for us- she is literally amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now we have experienced service like this. Even if she doesn’t get the result for her she builds long term relationships which will pay off in the end.
