Streets Ahead Purley

I used Streets Ahead to sell my home. The process was simple. The came one day and measured and took pictures on the same day. Within a week I got viewings. I requested group viewings as the house had tenants and this was respected. They kept me informed of viewers responses and the team were realistic and did not send viewers who were not in a position to purchase. A sale was quickly make agreed and the tenants and myself were happy with how things were conducted. The team including Sedat, Lexi, Patrick, Philip and Mary from the finance team acted professionally and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

Natalie and Jodie were both very helpful and always went out of their way to go the extra mile. Thank you!

Danny at Streets Ahead Croydon has been great assisting us looking for our property and has been in regular contact in these strange times, thank you.

5 stars ?????????? Streets Ahead has been managing my properties for the past 12 years. I especially love the way they manage my flats. Because of Cherelle Muschette (my property manager), I can completely have peace of mind that my properties are in good hands. No matter how stressful the situation is, she has a “leave it with me” approach which reduces my stress levels a lot. I am also very happy with the Andrew Hylton who deals with problems immediately. Very approachable and efficient. I highly recommend streets ahead

Very helpful and always professional Jamie and Diana helped with my parents sale. At their stage of life it was hard to organise a lot of viewings but they found us the right buyer at the right price and everything was so smooth during the whole process of the sale. I am highly recommending Streets Ahead and Purley Branch because these guys know what they do!

Friendly and helpful during the whole purchase. Diana and Jamie helped me to find my 1st home. They gave me and my family good advice about our purchase and really helped us get moved within our timescales

I have just sold my house through Streets ahead Purley. I was really messed around by another agent and Jamie and his team really helped me to move. Diana did a great job getting viewings and offers and we sold our property for more money than we expected

Natalie and Jordan was helpful enough by putting our property on the market and letting it. Me and my wife are so pleased with the service we have had with them!

Compliments to Jordan, her service was outstanding during our search with Streets Ahead !
