I chose Jamie from streets ahead to sell my flat after I met with several other estate agents as he was the most informative professional and described the whole process so I was at ease. I had viewings arranged the day after I did the paper work and Diana did the open day, she really sold my flat well I could hear her telling the buyers all the right things and didn’t pressure them, after the weekend Diana called me with the feedback and two offers, Diana then negotiated the offers and after a daywe agreed at the asking price which I was very happy about. After that Robyne helped with the legal work and I moved 2 montsh later. I found Jamie, Diana and Robyne worked well as a team and even though Streets Ahead charged more than the other estate agents it was well worth it as I got £10000 more than Andrews valued my flat for and I moved without stress. I really recommend them to anyone wanting good service and good advice

We had attempted to sell twice before using two different agents in Purley but both companies failed to deliver, we went to Streets Ahead as a last chance before we gave up. Jamie really sold his company and promised to find us a buyer, we were a little sceptical as two other estate agents couldn’t. After about a week Diana showed our house to her buyers and we heard her asking for an offer which we realised we hadn’t heard the other agents doing, these people made an offer and after the viewing Diana called the office and did some checks, she waited with us until the checks were complete, we didn’t take the first offer so Diana called the people from her mobile and was able to get them to increase, we accepted this offer and was delighted as it was the first offer we had got. Jamie and Diana worked hard and were very nice to deal with but most importantly they sold our house, if you are trying to sell this company is very good

I given Diana telephone number by my friend because she able to speak Greek and Bulgarian and this helped me and my wife as are English is not very good and she found us our house and my family now moved

Selling my late parents house was not easy and choosing the right agent was not easy either but I am pleased I chose Streets Ahead. Jamie knew how the probate process worked and the best way to handle my sensitive sale, Diana and Gemma done the viewings and I was really pleased with how they showed the house and for the updates until a buyer was found. It took longer than expected to move because of some legal issues but everyone was patient and supportive and did everything they could to help me. Thank you.
