Can't rate Move Revolution highly enough!
We were having problems selling our property (several months) when Chester came along and suggested we gave Move Revolution a try. Well, what can I say - Paul, Chester and the team at Move Revolution sold the property within a couple of days of it being on the market with them! Following the sale, Sarah and Sue on the Sales progression team have been terrific and have kept us informed every step of the way and we are really appreciative of their help. We would recommend Move Revolution to anyone thinking of buying or selling their property. Thank you so much guys!

Great, genuine customer service.
I find Ryan's customer service to be of a high level and genuine. He is always happy to answer questions i have, and is always fast with his replies. I contacted Ryan to ask if he would be able to sign as a witness on an ID 3 form, which he courteously agreed too. He allowed me to choose a convenient time for myself to meet him at his office to sign the document. The following morning i discovered that there was a second page of the document that needed signing, i was conscious to have this form completed quickly and sent back to my solicitor, and i rang Ryan to see if i would be able to go to the office ASAP.. Ryan invited me to the office straight away, and i was then able to go to the post office, send off the documents and not have to worry about it anymore.

Friendly and Professional Service
I couldn't fault Move Revolution. Phone calls were always returned promptly and issues dealt with swiftly and diplomatically. The staff seemed to genuinely care that everyone involved was kept in the loop and happy, and I received intelligent answers to questions. I think buyer and seller were dealt with fairly and equally.

Professional, friendly and efficient
As first time buyers we needed a bit more handholding than most. The service from Move Revolution and Ryan specifically was excellent. He was always contactable and ready to answer any questions we had. He made the process smooth and straightforward, getting us the keys to our house very quickly. He was a great conduit between us and the seller, with nothing too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Move Revolution to friends and family and will be sure to get in touch when we decide to move.

Highly recommend Move Revolution
Move Revolution is an up to date way of selling houses, fitting in with my busy life. Working out of the normal Estate Agent’s hours, showing people around in the evenings and weekends was really helpful. I was able to keep in touch by text at all times, being informed when someone wanted to look over my home and when they finished looking so I could return. After selling my home, they still worked hard keeping the chain moving. When I move again, I will certainly use them again. All of them were professional, trustworthy and very helpful.

Great Service
I particularly liked how he balanced his role as a sales agent and an advisor in the purchase. This was apparent from the very beginning when we went to see the house and Ryan didn't just walk around two steps behind us (as many agents do), but actually had things to say about the house and the rooms, not only giving us important and appreciated information, but also showing that he had done his homework and knew something about the house other then how to turn the key to the front door (again, unlike most other agents).

Highly Recommend
The service I received from Paul and the team at Move Revolution was excellent from start to finish. Paul valued the property on the Monday and a week later after a successful open day I had 4 offers on the table, all of which were above asking price. I would highly recommend Paul and Move Revolution as opposed to the high street chains! Thanks for all your hard work Paul!

Excellent service, very professional
We were immediately put at ease by Move Revolution as soon as they came to value our property. Our first involvement was via Paul Mulligan who we found to be approachable, honest and open and we knew he would work with our best interests in mind. He clearly explained the processes and took our wishes on board whilst managing our expectations. We had no concerns following the valuation, after meeting Paul decided to put our house on the market with them. Once our house was on the market they were quick to organise viewings around our schedule. We were allocated two agents, Damian and Ewa, who we found were very approachable and professional and we knew they would put buyers immediately at ease when visiting. They always provided us with feedback and always had time for us whenever we called. When it came to a property offer Paul kept us fully updated with progress and as per our requirements negotiated the best sale price for us. Overall we had an excellent experience with Move Revolution and would most definitely use them and recommend them in the future.
