Outstanding and innovative

Choosing Move Revolution to sell our home has proved to be a refreshing experience from start to finish. They are totally focused on customer care, making sure that they can be contacted whenever you need them - late into the evening and over both days of the weekend (even though several rival estate agents swore blind that I'd "never be able to get hold of them") The photography for our sale was stunning! The photographer is employed by Move Revolution and so isn't paid per job - meaning that he could take his time to get the photographs just right. They attended and carried out every viewing professionally and gave me feedback within 24 hours. They sold our house twice over for a higher price than most other estate agents estimated. The first buyer, although desperate to buy, had a change in circumstance and so couldn't proceed. Move Revolution identified the problem quickly, remedied the issue swiftly and found us a new buyer in a quick enough time frame for us not to lose out on a house we had set our heart on - they did all of this in a market described as "post Brexit, post-election and financially shaky" by other agents (explaining their low estimates on an achievable sale price) If you want to make your life easier and avoid the usual lack lustre estate agent nonsense then definitely go with Move Revolution.

From The moment we met the Paul and Ryan at Move Revolution I felt very confident that they would sell the property quickly and for the correct price. Even though the team are professional they all have a calm easy manor that I felt would put any potential buyers at ease and not feel any pressure so only genuine offers would be given.

We have been extremely happy with Paul and his team . Very efficient throughout and have always kept in contact through every stage. We hadn't heard of move revolution before I had met Paul . Super easy and efficient service

Well, I saw a property we liked on Right Move late on a Saturday afternoon, sent a message through the site and got a reply from Paul within 5 minutes. Ten minutes and a couple of emails later we had arranged a viewing for the first day we were available. We were met at the property by Luke who did a great job 'selling' the place to us. I indicated we might be interested and would think about an offer over the weekend. Luke phoned us early on Monday morning, a couple of calls to the vendor and our offer was accepted! Honestly didn't think something so potentially stressful could be so easy! Having dealt with four other agents in the last month and ten viewings, these were definitely the right guys representing the right property. Pro-active and efficient without being too pushy, just the combination I like! Thanks again to all at Move Revolution, highly recommended!!
