Excellent service

Move revolution and Luke Ball in particular have impressed me with their professionalism and enthusiasm, too often now you meet agents who do not follow thru with a sale, however Move revolution are a cradle to grave operation who ensure sales are followed thru and keep the seller informed at all stages. Thoroughly recommend

True professionals, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely sales and completion team

We chose move revolution to sale our house following a recommendation from our them next door neighbours. They had managed to sell the neighbour's house within 1 weekend and they achieved an offer which was over the asking price. We spoke with Paul and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info about the market which was then just post brexit. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell because of brexit. Paul and his sells team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like having professional photographs taken (they really were incredible pictures), arranging for viewings until 8pm in the evening and on Saturdays and Sundays (most agencies are not dedicated to work such long hours), and giving us daily updates until completion and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The market was particularly difficult but we sold at a very good price. After we had accepted an offer, Sue took over, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had full confidence that she really knew how to complete on our sell and she took away a lot of the stress by contacting solicitors or our buyers when needed. She walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would happily recommend move revolution to all of my friends and family and I have !

Absolutely brilliant!

Move Revolution were there at every stage with words of advice, support and reassurance. They have been utterly brilliant! I have already recommended them to friends who have just completed on their property and will continue to recommend them in the future.

Problem-free first time purchase

We recently purchased our first property, and were pleased with the quality of service offered by Move Revolution. The agent we met in person, Ryan Milson, was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. He also responded promptly via email and telephone, as did his colleagues. Ultimately there were no issues with the process and, touch wood, the property itself (five months in at least), so using Move Revolution was a positive experience.

Excellent support and service throughout what can be a difficult process! We were recommended to Mathew at Move Revolution by our mortgage advisor on the sale of our first home- a one bed flat in Haywards Heath and we were not disappointed. Move Revolution in general provides a service that we valued which offers long hours and weekends making it ideal for working people. Mathew and his team were always very responsive to any queries we had throughout the whole process. From the marketing of the property, which uses professional photography as standard (really lovely images!) and making organizing viewings a breeze (instead of going back and forth to organize a time they have a streamlined process but would change timings if it were an inconvenience to you) we had about 10 viewings the first week and accepted the offer that we aimed to get. Many high street estate agents will aim to cut costs by cramming in a bunch of appointments on an open day and provide a very junior agent to show properties which in our experience are unenthusiastic and often lack an in-depth knowledge about each property. Our experience with Move Revolution was very different and ensured that we had Mathew- a very experienced estate agent- show the property and able to answer potential buyers' questions about the specifics and the benefits of our flat. We found Move Revolution to also be very accommodating of potential buyers' schedules and flexible with booking viewings. Some estate agents will actually refuse to show a potential buyer a property unless you see their mortgage advisor and only then offer you a viewing as part of a mass Saturday appointment- we would have been appalled if any estate agent working for us actually turned away potential buyers but having now gone through two experiences purchasing a property we can say that indeed this is quite common! Mathew and his team worked tirelessly to liaise between our solicitors, the buyers solicitors, the estate agents who were managing our purchase and our sellers solicitors to iron out any issues that came up in the exchange of contracts (and if you have been through this process you know that issues will come up). It takes an invested and proactive team to actually push for answers and resolve issues as often the client is left in the dark not knowing what the hold up is! We would recommend Move Revolution to friends and family and anyone interested in buying or selling a property in West Sussex!
