Excellent stress free service

We have bought and sold through Move Revolution and can't fault the service we have received. Their staff have been friendly and gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They have been on the ball with chasing up legals etc and keeping us informed every step of the way which has taken a lot of stress out of the moving process for us. All of this with a friendly approach and a dash of good humour to boot. Thank you Move Revolution and especially Ryan, Paul and Sue.

I've recently sold my property through Move Revolution and I can't rate their service highly enough. From the minute Paul came round to talk through their service and provide a valuation, through to the day of completion, Move Revolution were completely honest, open and transparent in their dealings with me. There were no hidden costs for things like photographing the property, and this was all arranged promptly and at a time convenient for myself. We sold and bought through Move Revolution. We were struggling to sell our flat and after being on the market for nearly a year and three failed offers, Move Revolution managed to sell it within a week! Honestly speaking, they provided a superb service. It was an end to end top class experience. They offer a sales progression service which was amazing. Sue was on the case chasing parties involved as and when necessary to speed up the process. Paul and Ryan was always contactable even after the sale was agreed and they were always up-to-date with information. All in all, we felt it was a personalised, tailored service they provided us. Can’t fault them with anything. In order to sell our property we dealt with 5 different agencies and hands down Move Revolution were the best.

Estate agents get bad press however the team at Move Revolution are different & have been amazing from start to finish. Photos of my house were great, Ross Margetts kept in contact keeping us updated all the way through the process. We were initially impressed by Move Revolution when viewing properties with them. We then viewed the perfect property, but our agent (who I won’t name on here) had failed to sell our home and as such we lost the property we loved. When it came back onto the market, Ross at Move Revolution phoned us immediately. We agreed for them to take on our property also. What followed was service and professionalism exponentially better than other agents we had used. Ross managed to sell our property where others had failed to do so which meant an offer was accepted on the property we wanted. Unfortunately for reasons outside of MRs control that sale fell through. Ross phoned us whilst we were away, told us not to panic and he managed to sell our property once more within two weeks. Purchase still on also. Ross managed some challenging periods leading up to exchange with absolute professionalism and was always available for a phone call. We cannot thank Ross, Matthew and the team at Move Revolution enough. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend Move Revolution to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.
