I can’t recommend Move Revolution enough, they have worked tirelessly to find us our dream home over the last 2 years and when we lost our buyers several times they had our house back on the market immediately and back to back viewings within a day of it going on with offers each time by the next day, they have been amazing and so professional throughout the whole process. The photographs they took of the property were fantastic. They also take the time to get to know you as people and exactly what you like and don’t like. Paul, Holly and Ross were so encouraging and there for us every step of the way when we thought we might loose our dream home too. I cannot speak too highly of the very friendly and keen young men of MR (Paul, Danny and Ryan) who marketed our period property very sensitively, brought us 24 viewings and eventually got us a very good offer which we were pleased to accept. Once we too had made an offer on a property, on came Sue the Sales Progression Officer who kept in constant liaison with us and with all the agents and lawyers in the chain - she did a brilliant job. Highly recommend. Used to sell my flat as another agent was not having much luck. Generated a fresh, professional advert with fantastic photography and subsequently Holly/Ross worked tireless to get us an asking price offer. Throughout the process they were always friendly and kept me informed and gave me an honest opinion at every step. During the sale process I liaised with the Sales Progression team (mainly Sarah but also Sue) who were very friendly and lovely to chat to, keeping me well informed and helping push the sale through. It was great to have a devoted team working on progressing the sale as I feel this is more efficient than one agent managing everything. Open 7 days and always quick to respond to queries. We have just bought two bed in Sutton. The team from Move Revolution was very helpful !!! When I come for the viewing at the very beginning there was no agent at the place. I called the agency to ask if there is someone coming to show me the flat, but I was told that there was an error and my viewing was not confirmed. However Daniel Pinckney was very kind and He came in 15 min to show me the flat. Thank You so much Dan one more time for Your effort! Othewise I think the flat would not belong to us now. During process also Sue was super hepful. She was chasing up my solicitors who were very slow to speed up the process. It was very important for us as our tanancy contract was coming to the end and there was no time to lose. Thank You so much Sue as well for your help. And finally We received the key from Ryan.
