Ryan and Dan were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were particularly understanding as there were multiple delays. I appreciate this was frustrating for them as well as myself and the seller. I’m aware I was a pain needing access to the property for quotes I needed for work on the flat. Dan and Ryan were really accommodating on this in particular and generally are rounded nice guys. I’ve met a lot of estate agents in my time that fit the negative stereotype of a sleazy wheeler dealer estate agent, but Dan and Ryan certainly didn’t fit that mould! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process!

Paul Mulligan was patient throughout our house sale process which was not the easiest of transactions. I found him and Move Revolution very easy to deal with, not pushy like other estate agents. I would highly recommend him to other people wishing to buy or sell a property.

Excellent service

Paul Mulligan at Move's Croydon office has been absolutely superb once again. We used the firm on a 2nd occasion having experienced the high levels of service when selling my wife's father's house and were certainly not disappointed. Paul, and his team, go out if their way to be helpful but most of all keep us informed. So often one hears about being caught in an information vacuum but that is the polar opposite of Paul's approach. I live the fact that he is available almost 18 hours a day via WhatsApp and always responded within a very short timescale. It was also extremely handy that he happens to live just a mile or so away from me down in Surrey so it was easy to exchange items such as important papers or keys without my having to take a 2 hour round trip to his office. Dan & Ryan & Sue did a very good job and sold the house promptly and for a price we were happy with the service was always professional. I can’t recommend Move Revolution enough, they have worked tirelessly to find us our dream home over the last 2 years and when we lost our buyers several times they had our house back on the market immediately and back to back viewings within a day of it going on with offers each time by the next day, they have been amazing and so professional throughout the whole process. The photographs they took of the property were fantastic. They also take the time to get to know you as people and exactly what you like and don’t like. Paul, Holly and Ross were so encouraging and there for us every step of the way when we thought we might loose our dream home too. I cannot speak too highly of the very friendly and keen young men of MR (Paul, Danny and Ryan) who marketed our period property very sensitively, brought us 24 viewings and eventually got us a very good offer which we were pleased to accept. Once we too had made an offer on a property, on came Sue the Sales Progression Officer who kept in constant liaison with us and with all the agents and lawyers in the chain - she did a brilliant job. Highly recommend. Used to sell my flat as another agent was not having much luck. Generated a fresh, professional advert with fantastic photography and subsequently Holly/Ross worked tireless to get us an asking price offer. Throughout the process they were always friendly and kept me informed and gave me an honest opinion at every step. During the sale process I liaised with the Sales Progression team (mainly Sarah but also Sue) who were very friendly and lovely to chat to, keeping me well informed and helping push the sale through. It was great to have a devoted team working on progressing the sale as I feel this is more efficient than one agent managing everything. Open 7 days and always quick to respond to queries.
