A bit biased cause my girls work ( pudsey office )there but what a great company.

I have this week agreed to purchase a house (STC) through Manning Stainton and Laura (Pudsey Office) has been very professional and proactive in bridging an agreement between myself and the sellers. I buy multiple houses (renovation projects) a year & can say in all honesty it is refreshing to find somebody so on the ball in assisting in negotiating what was a stalemate between the parties - nudging me over the line....

I cannot thank Lesley (Pudsey office) enough for the exceptional service she gave to me when selling my house. It wasn’t so straight forward as I was no longer living in the house and Myself and the other involved party didn’t always agree. Lesley kept me up to date with any movements with the house and offered advice on how we could sell our property. She was honest and friendly and always returned my calls promptly. Lesley really is a credit to Manning Stainton and should I find myself buying or selling a property in the future then I wouldn’t hesitate in using Manning Stainton due to the excellent customer service I was received.

Laura Parkinson has been looking after my purchase on a property in Pudsey She has kept me updated by text and email every step of the way, letting me know promptly about prospective viewers and giving me immediate feedback. She also helped with the offer and counter-offer that has resulted in the house being well on the way to now being sold. All in all, a very professional yet personal service
