Had a brilliant experience so far with this team. Claire Ward has really looked after us both, organising multiple viewings with quick concession of one another and pointing us in the direction of houses she thinks we would like. We’ve found our ideal property with her help and she’s been great throughout. Fantastic communication and we’ve had a much better experience with this estate agent than previous other companies. They remember who oh are when you phone and quickly get you chatting to someone who knows about your house purchase. They’ve sorted everything out really well for us and I’ve no complaints so far! Would highly recommend this team and thank you Claire for all your help!

Vicki Alexander dealt with the recent sale of our property and she was brilliant We had lived in our house for 25 years so it was a big and emotional process for us Vicki understood this and helped us through the process and made it easier for us She worked very hard looking after our interests throughout the process Vicki kept us informed and up to date all the way through and was always available to answer our questions and concerns She is professional in everything she does and can’t recommend her highly enough We liked the fact that Manning Stainton offers a all inclusive service dealing with all aspects of the sale which certainly takes the pressure of us
