I cannot recommend the Pudsey branch specifically enough. Nothing was too much for John and Debbie. I was kept updated on everything and issues/concerns were explained and dealt with straight away. Brilliant people.

She was very helpful with every single query I had, explained things when I needed and made me feel like I'm in good hands, she was always up to date with the progress and shared the relevant updates with me, answered all emails quickly and in details, and just made the whole process for me as easy as possible.
