Sale after a death. Long haul due to chain collapsing but JNP were our main source of information (much more communicative than solicitor). They also kept an eye on house for us.

After making an offer and consulting subject matter experts. I.e. Banks and Surveyors; the estate agents denied my offer. Truly disappointed.

Very unprofessional. I was buying a house through them, and waiting on a query on the survey. They threatened to readvertise the property unless I signed an immediate exchange. Nobody would exchange when everything isn’t verified. They blamed it on the seller, but they should know better.
