I have been so impressed with Normie. We asked 3 estate agents to value our property and Normie were spot on. One was far too high. One was too low. Normie know the market so well. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was so helpful. We were really happy with the photos of the house and with the ‘offer’ process. Nicole took over when the property was sold and she has been utterly amazing - chasing solicitors, checking with buyers, keeping in touch with all parties. Everyone really has gone above and beyond for us. Estate agents are extremely important on the day of completion and in the days leading up to this. We cannot recommend Normie and Co Prestwich enough. When choosing which properties to view, the information provided is clear and easy to judge if we were wasting our time. The videos in particular made us smile while giving a good view of the property. When looking for a property, their team including James were quick to get a judge of what we wanted, what we could afford and let us know what the sellers were looking for. This led to a buying process that was smooth with everyone feeling like they got a good deal. When we switched from a competitor to them after a sale fell through, the sales team, especially Josh, bent over backwards to get our house on the market and sold as soon as possible and for the price we were looking for. Their progression liaison service with Nicole is outstanding and is what makes this company better than the competitors in the area. There was a chain, multiple levels of solicitors, estate agents and buyers/sellers to communicate with. Where as other companies wait to see what will happen, chasing things once per week maybe, Nicole is on top of it all. Especially as my husband and I are busy with full on jobs, to us she was worth her weight in gold. Thank you to the team who have helped us find our dream home.

Whether letting or selling, I can’t recommend the team at Normie & Co enough. Caroline in the letting department is outstanding. She was so helpful and informative and kept me calm in moments of adversity with some very tricky tenants. Then when it came to selling my property, Josh and Nicole were brilliant. Nicole’s communication was constant throughout the sale, especially when things came to a halt due to the buyers solicitors. If/when I come to sell again, I will not hesitate to use Normie & Co.

Professional and friendly service from start to finish. Nigel has sold 3 properties for me and I've always received a 5star service - I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business. Great to also work with Nicole and be guided through a few minor set backs, keeping me up to date with what was happening. Couldn't recommend Normie enough and will definitely be using again in the future. From start to finish the selling process and service was second to none. I initially dealt with Josh who was fantastic, efficient and professional. The team are very knowledgeable and alert to the housing market in the area and the process of valuation to marketing was smooth and stress free. The conveyancing process through to completion was assigned to Nicole who was fabulous. She provided me with weekly updates as a minimum and couldn't have been more efficient in liaising with both sets of solicitors, myself and the buyers to move matters to a smooth completion.
