I sold my house recently with Normie and am so pleased I chose them. I have nothing but praise for the way they dealt with the whole process, which was not problem free. My buyer dropped out unexpectedly but Normie were able to find another buyer within days and worked hard to ensure that the chain was repaired and that we were able to complete quickly so avoiding incurring stamp duty fees on my purchase. Please anyone reading this, do NOT be tempted to use a cheap on line estate agent - where this company really earned their fee was after I had accepted the offer - Nicole the sales progressor, in particular was amazing, she made many calls each week to ensure my sale progressed quickly, something I'm sure the on line companies would not do. Thank you so much to all at Normie, you helped to make a stressful experience bearable for me!

I had the pleasure of using Normie & Co to sell my late fathers property and all the team were extremely professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, the sale didn't go as smoothly as planned, with buyers dropping out on a couple of occasions but the team, especially Nicole acted very professionally on our behalf and dealt with any matters arising. They were very quick to get the property back on the market and new viewings arranged as soon as possible and eventually the right buyer came! Despite us being at the end of a chain, Nicole worked really hard to chase up other solicitors and to push for the completion date. Nicole also had a good rapport with my solicitor so the communication between them was excellent and made sure everyone was singing from the same hymm sheet! Caroline Sherwin, the trustworthy person who I was dealing with, has been an amazing in providing a great customer service. Communication, problem solving and the time of responses from her side were first class. She has been extremely friendly and welcoming from day one. Excellent service from Josh and the team. I'd never heard of a Sales Progressor before but what a fantastic idea. We nearly pulled out of this sale at one point but Nicole (Sales Progressor), was the reason this sale finally happened, keeping all parties informed and chasing slowing processes. I recently purchased a house through Normie. Based on this experience, should i decide to move in future i wouldnt hesitate to choose Normie as my agent and would recommend them to anyone. They are extremely straightforward to deal with, always easy to get hold of over the phone or via email, and very proactive.
