Normie and Co. Review Fantastic Honest and Transparent Service! I have to say my experience with Normie and Co. has been one of the best so far based on all the estate agents Iv previously used in the Prestwich and Whitefield area of North Manchester. From the initial viewing with Jaymes Magid it was clear the company wanted to provide the very best service possible for both the buyer and the seller, this alone felt very reassuring. Once my offer was accepted I was assigned ti a lady called Nicole Bradburn who is a sales progression specialist. Nicole was fantastic from start to finish of the entire conveyancing process. She was on hand to answer any questions I had, which helped put my mind at ease and on a couple of occasions arranged to let me into an additional viewing so i could take some floor plan measurements.

I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion I thought it necessary.

Always excellent service

I had the pleasure of using Normie & Co to sell my late fathers property and all the team were extremely professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, the sale didn't go as smoothly as planned, with buyers dropping out on a couple of occasions but the team, especially Nicole acted very professionally on our behalf and dealt with any matters arising. They were very quick to get the property back on the market and new viewings arranged as soon as possible and eventually the right buyer came! Despite us being at the end of a chain, Nicole worked really hard to chase up other solicitors and to push for the completion date. Nicole also had a good rapport with my solicitor so the communication between them was excellent and made sure everyone was singing from the same hymm sheet! Nicole was extremely professional and thorough and I would highly recommend Nicole and the rest of the team at Normie & Co if your thinking of buying/selling your property. 5 Star Service !

Caroline Sherwin, the trustworthy person who I was dealing with, has been an amazing in providing a great customer service. Communication, problem solving and the time of responses from her side were first class. She has been extremely friendly and welcoming from day one.
