Couldn't recommend Normie & Co enough. It was myself and my partners first house purchase so we were a bit overwhelmed and lacking in experience/knowledge when it came to buying a house and what to expect. After a number of viewings we found our house which we had completed a viewing for on a weekend. It wasn't allowing us to put an offer in on the online service so we were panicking we would miss out if we waited until the offices reopened on Monday. We reached out to Nigel and he went out of his way to respond to messages out of hours and to put through our offer for us to ensure we didn't miss out and kept communication going back and forward throughout the first few stages to ensure we knew what was needed which was brilliant and made things so simple. Nicole took over once the offer was accepted and solicitors info had been exchanged and her attention to detail, persistence in chasing up both parties solicitors to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner as well as the time she took to constantly keep us updated and in the loop as well as explain things that otherwise we wouldn't have known about was beyond what we could have asked for. Nothing was ever too much for anyone at Normie and it made our first purchase the least stressful it could be. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help and you could feel the genuine happiness they shared with us once the sale completed and they handed over the keys. They welcomed us with a lovely card, keep sake and a welcome box which was a beautiful little extra touch. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Josh was so informative and knowledge when we first met, offered great advice both with our sale and the purchase of our next house. Our journey was far from easy but we always had someone at the end of the phone. Nicole was amazing at keeping us informed and chasing up solicitors when we were getting nowhere. Really think we would not have completed on time if it had not been for her. She remained calm and accommodating throughout, nothing was too much trouble. We used Normies to sell our house and from start to finish they were incredible. The house was professionally viewed, photographed and marketed and sold in a short space of it. From this point on we were dealing with the Sales Progession specialist Nicole B. To say she was amazing is an understatement. She oversaw and took on the few issues we had with one of our buyers and made it such a seamless transition to our new buyers in a very stressful situation. When it came to exchanging and completing, this would not have happened if it wasnt for Nicole going above and beyond to ensure that it all went through on time and smoothly. She took all of our stress and worries away and ensured everything happened when needed. I honestly wouldn't have known what to do without her. Massive thankyou.
