We have recently sold and purchased properties through Normie. From the outset we felt well informed and confident that Normie were committed to getting us a good price for our house and also a good deal on the house we were purchasing. Natalie came to do the initial valuation and was great, even coming up with a potential buyer for us before we had even got to market. It shows that they have a good standing in the area to have a roster of clients who are in the market to buy. Following the listing of our home we were inundated with viewings which is fantastic in the current market. We accepted an offer very quickly and Nigel was able to help us negotiate a great deal on our purchase. Nicole was absolutely outstanding with progressing the sale, always keeping us updated and working really hard to move along our slow and uncommunicative solicitor. Honestly had the best experience with Normie! They were my go to, throughout the buying process. They helped me wherever they could and communication was great! They explained what was going on, as my solicitor didn't and were quick to reply, calling back when you call them. They actually picked up the phone! It was a bit of a battle with my solicitor who couldn't communicate to me or the estate agent. But Nicole was absolutely excellent and consolidated me throughout the process. Hats off to her! I'm a first time buyer so didn't know anything of the process, but I couldn't have had a better person to lean on throughout. She checked in with me every few days and pushed the sellers solicitor and mine to keep things moving. I got regular updates from her and handed over my case to other team members when she was on holiday. Nigel helped push right at the end and was just as helpful as Nicole had been throughout the process. To top it off they gave me the cutest package with deals and discounts to use and a picture frame with all my key dates on when I picked up the keys. The best in the area, without doubt Normie and company provided a fantastic service for the sale of our property in Whitefield. Initial contact was with Nigel who seemed to know everything there was to know about the property market in the area and valued our property at slightly more than we had expected. Within days of being put on the market, several viewings had been arranged and an offer received, which we accepted. The sale was then progressed by Nicole, Natalie, Josh and James who each did their part in keeping us informed of progress with our buyer and solicitors on both sides. There were a few hiccups along the way with the buyers solicitor, but nothing the team at Normie hadn't seen before and couldn't handle in our case. All in all, the service received from Normie was excellent and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.
