From start to finish we were kept informed about all aspects of the sale, which was a difficult and long winded one from the outset, but it was all dealt with in a timely manner and in good spirit. Amazingly helpful estate agent. They were quick to respond to any questions or enquiries I had all the way through the process, from the initial listing of the house, to viewings and finally through the purchase/sale process. Emails and phone calls were always returned. Never once were Normie pushy, which is something I often read online about estate agents up and down the country. Every person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, whether they were actively involved in my sale/purchase or not. Natalie and Nicole in the Prestwich office in particular were very helpful and friendly! Thank you so much!
