Excellent work from the shower fitter. Arrived prompt and professionally got on with work. Staff were fantastic to begin with and Barbara the maintenance officer was excellent from the start and even ringing up after job was complete was fantastic. Would give 6 stars. 👍

I cannot praise Andrew at Martin & co enough. Even through the trials of 2020 he managed to sell our house and then work extremely hard to get that sale over the line. We felt supported and well informed the whole way through. I would highly recommend Martin & co and would definitely use them again if needed.

I have nothing but good things to say about the representatives at Martin & Co in Prestwich. My aunt, my sister and myself lived at one of their properties for 2 years and they have looked after us very well in that time. I especially want to acknowledge Barbra who made her mission to keep us happy and put our minds at ease. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Great customer service at Martin &co. Dayna has been a star! I had little time left to look for flat after viewing the property and martin and & co which I liked. As she knew about the time constraint, she was able to go out of her way to get the application process and referencing sent over and signed off sooner than the company usually do. She was really helpful and responsive to my calls and emails which helped me move into my new flat on the day my contract ran out on previous flat. Definitely recommend this estate agency!

I've had a great experience renting a property I shared with my family from Martin and Co letting agency (in Prestwich). The staff were very friendly and understanding and worked quickly to sort out any issues we had in the property. Barbra, the property administrator was exceptional. She was professional yet friendly and efficient. She was incharge of sorting out any mantaince issues we had and she did not disappoint. I would recommend her letting agency to anyone I know living in Prestwich or the surrounding areas.
