Really good experience with Martin & Co. The process of securing a tenancy was very smooth and fast, with referencing and checks completed in a couple of days. Dayna, who showed me the property and processed my application, was professional and responsive, answering any questions I had and was friendly throughout. Would recommend.

Recently moved into my new property and dealt with Dayna Green. The service was slick, professional and communication of everything needed was amazing. I also needed a quick turnaround due to when I had to hand my old place back. Even over the christmas period, my references were completed within a few days and I was moved in with no hassle. I also got a really nice welcome pack on move in which was a lovely touch. Would definitely use Martin & co again

I've now bought a couple of properties being sold through Martin & Co. Even though, as the buyer, I have not been Martin & Co's client, I have always found them to be professional and incredibly supportive. Barbra Cousins in particular has been mightily helpful with a recent purchase despite some unreasonable pressure from the sellers. If I'm in need of agent services in the future, Martin & Co will be my first thought.

Extremely smooth service, Dayna was lovely and made everything really clear from start to finish. U even got a little welcome box filled with little homey bits (the breakfast bar in there was 10/10). Would definitely recommend.
